Customer Service Representative

You have:

• Skills that will expand store sales through high quality customer engagement and sales initiatives with a focus on customer needs.
• You will enjoy talking to customers and potential new customers.
• You love to provide consistent excellence in highlighting our products over the telephone and in-person service, while loving customer engagement.
• You understand people and all sales efforts will meet the needs of each customer.
• You love to connect with customers we haven’t seen in a while that will increase customer retention by providing personalized customer experiences and to build positive relationships with the customers.
• You appreciate people and a challenge. You take time with to build relationships and trust as you work towards the good of the business.
• And as always you will perform other duties as requested
